By purchasing tickets, using our website, or visiting the Park, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ticket Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and HDFC Bank.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Entry will be granted only upon presentation of a valid e-ticket or booking confirmation.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once payment is made.
- Rescheduling or transferring tickets is not allowed.
4. Park Rules
- Visitors must follow all safety guidelines and instructions of staff.
- Outside food, beverages, and dangerous items are not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
- Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
5. Liability
- Visitors enter the park at their own risk.
- Piffy Park shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage during your visit.
- While we maintain safety standards, activities at the park involve physical participation and may carry inherent risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, mascots (including “Piffy”), images, videos, and content on the website are property of Playhouse Knowledge Park Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any activity that could harm the Park’s reputation or interfere with its operation.
8. Data Privacy
By using our website and booking tickets, you consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
